Wanting to watch a game that my granddaughter is playing in on my tv. I can use my cheap Walmart brand Tablet and it will let me watch it on my TV.. my iPhone and IPad does not have the connect button to do that.
any help or information that can help? If it’s something on you tube it sometimes works.

Does your TV natively support AirPlay? If so, you can use Screen Mirroring:

Otherwise, you might consider connecting the iPad via an HDMI cable - requiring an adapter appropriate for the model of iPad.
