Ipad not responding to touch +weird black lines on it

Title is a tiny lie because i can tap to turn it on, swipe up to do my password, and use the little black square thing that has all the options on it (i forget what it is called) but anything else and it won’t work. Also there are these weird jagged lines on my screen that won’t go away. I can’t restart, put in my password or even tap things in the notification center. I think it might have something to do with guided access because i remember waking up and seeing the guided access stuff at the top of my screen and it wouldn’t go away and all i could do was draw the lines.

When you are stuck in Guided Access mode, you are really stuck as the typical triple tap on the home button to quit out of Guided Access doesn't work. Even a forced exit won't work because the power button and the home button are disabled.

The only way to get out of Guided Access is to press the Home and Power button together for 15 seconds. This should turn off Guided Access by forcibly rebooting your device. Once your device is restarted, you can then go to Settings > Accessibility > Guided Access > Guided Access - and turn off Guided Access if needed.
