Can’t get activation lock off
I bought a used watch and the seller never removed the activation lock I have tried weeks to get ahold of her but no response what do I do

Hello ~ There really is nothing you can do unless you are able to get the seller (if they can) to remove the lock. If you purchased it through someone like eBay get them involved and perhaps get a refund.
