iPhone 13 Silicone Case with MagSafe

I purchased 3 iPhone 13 Silicone Case with MagSafe cases for my family when I purchased new iPhones. The cases are horrible and are already junk, they crack and peal. I replaced them with Otterbox cases as they at least stand behind their products. Tried several times to get Apple to explain the warranty on their cases and gave up. Not sure how Apple can be a tech company and have no way to support via email. Tried to get answers through chat feature and gave up as they only wanted to refer me to call in and waste my time. If Apple isn’t going to warranty a faulty product then don’t sell them.
