As a point of clarity, you can track Apple devices from an Android device - or any computer with a web-browser - but you cannot track an Android device using the Apple Find My service or the Find My App.
To keep track of your Android device - or anything else - you might consider attaching an Apple AirTag - as AirTags are trackable using Apple Find My.
