Auto pause

Is there an auto pause feature for hiking on Apple Watch Series 7? I see this is available for running but don't know for other sports. Please advise. Thank you.

Auto pause I want to add outdoor walk to my auto pause, is that possible. I pause my workout when I’m stopped at traffic lights, but then always forget to unpause it’s. It’s so frustrating! It’s a series 3 watch.

Apple Watch SE I am using the Apple Watch fitness tracker to record my data (heart rate, average speed, time, elevation etc) while cycling. Is there a way to have it auto pause when we stop at traffic lights or for breaks. I know I can manually make hit pause when we stop and then restart it again but I don’t want to do that at every traffic light for instance. Formally I had garmin and it would auto pause.

The Auto Pause works for Walking. I would expect it to also work for hiking. If the accelerometers sense minimal movement I would expect Auto Pause.
