No Awards Section?

I just noticed that the Awards Section Is missing on my Apple Watch Series 1, Is this a bug or am I supposed to do something?

My Apple Watch Is Running on WatchOS 6.3

And iPhone On iOS 16.0.2

Not earning competition awards Hi, Don't know if others running into this issue, but on my Apple Watch I can't get my competition awards after finish the activity competition with friends. It keeps saying "The last day of your competition is competition_end_day ", and it doesn't help when I sign out and log back in for my apple id. Here I attach the screenshot for this issue. The watch OS is 9.0 (20R361) and on my iPhone it's IOS 16.0 (20A362) if that helps. Thanks for any help!

The awards section is in the fitness app on the phone.
