iPhone 13 mini camera freeze

from new, I noticed my camera app occasionally freezing , either the photo button did not react or I could not navigate between modes , ie video to photo. It has had to repair visits to John Lewis who couldn’t find a fault . Has anybody else had this , and if so were you offered a new phone ?
