New phone arrived today and unsatisfied because of spot and scratches
Hello Apple,
My order has been delivered today. (2022 Oct 9)
I unboxed and turned power on but I found one spot on the back and some scratches on the screen.
I am not satisfied my order with this state.
I’ve done nothing and no user fault.
I haven’t even charged it.
Could you please kindly consider and take action for my inconvenience?
I will send you some photos of that condition as attached.
