Refund amount not received

It’s been more than 2 months since my refund is approved and still I haven’t received any of my refunded amount yet. On 9th September I reached out apple and the representative told me that they will contact mẹ within 48 hours but now it’s more than a month and they are not responding to my mails. That’s pathetic customer service. What to do now?
