Can you set certain restrictions for the alternate Face ID? I want my daughter to be able to get into my phone to use to make phone calls should she need to, but I don’t want her to have access to all other apps in my phone.

no… an iPhone is a personal device, either you can access it inclusive everything, or you cannot access it at all
