I don’t know how a screen (long band) with keyboard functions list appeared on my iPad screen and cannot get rid off? Help get me back to normal iPad use and rebooting the iPad won’t even work. Please help. Thanks.

Do you have an external keyboard connected to your iPad? If so, for help with the overlay, press and hold the Command ⌘ key to disable it.
