I want to get rid of the pop up bar. I don't need it, it takes up space and I have to close it every time. If I click on a website, 90% time it is because I am able to read it...

Those forums would be for users of Google. These are user-to-user forums, just like those of Google. So, ask Google's staff directly. I don't use that app. So, it may just be a part of the app. Look for images on it on google images, seeing if you can see it not boeng there: https://images.google.com
