amazon workspaces

I have downloaded Amazon Workspaces on MAcAir macOS Sierra 10.12.6, I've entered the registration code and then my user name and password. It appears to log in and then shuts down immediately. I've deleted and reinstalled, shutdown my computer and repeated the install, reset the MacOS and still it's the same. The app is shutting down immediately. Please help, I need this app to start a new job in 2 days!!
