Battery health

My iPhone 13 battery health drop from 95% to 93% in just two weeks , is it normal ?

Battery Health decline is not linear. The reading can stay the same for some time, then drop a couple percentage points. A 2% drop is not cause for concern. It is actually common to see from 1% to 2% decline per month. When Battery Health drops to 80%, which it will at some point in the future, it will then be time to pay Apple to replace the battery in your phone.
