Blue box at top of Watch screen
When my screen comes on I have a blue box with message
I want to remove this I have turned assistive touch off but it didn’t work

Fixed it rebooted watch and now it’s gone 👏👏

what does the message say?
I can't make that out in your image.
it says Stop or snooze then under it says double pinch 🤔

tried what you suggested but still there
User profile for user:
Community User
Settings/accessibility/Quick Actions/appearance and select minimal.
Or turn off quick actions and or assistive touch.
