My Apple Watch won't start up. First to give me the red! And I followed the tips know I just get the way to Apple what should I try next?

My Apple Watch isn’t starting, tried everything Series 3, it used to load a few days back, it’s stuck in the screen where a wire appears, and the little lightning, an hour ago, changed for a few minutes to the next screen of the big hour. But it went back to the past screen. the thing is, it’s an issue going also in my mom’s Apple Watch. (Series 7)

New apple watch Hi there Just bought an Apple Watch midnight series 8. The watch would not start and the charger wouldn't attach the watch ! Wondering if there is anything to do to fix that? Thanks
