Meditation app stops playing when screen locks

Is this the only app that it happens with? If so, have you check the apps settings to make sure your preferences are configured properly? Have you tried closing the app and restarting your device to see if the issue persists? Sometimes this can help with minor software issues. 1. From the Home Screen, swipe up from the bottom of the screen and pause in the middle of the screen.

2. Swipe right or left to find the app that you want to close. 

3. Swipe up on the app's preview to close the app.
