Hi NMRAJA,
Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. Was your iPhone purchased second hand or directly from Apple or Apple Retailer? Have you checked the Parts History on your device? See: About genuine iPhone cameras - Apple Support
Parts and service history
With iPhone 12 models and later using iOS 15.2 and later, you can go to Settings > General > About to see the parts and service history of your iPhone and you can see if the camera has been replaced. If the repair was done using genuine Apple parts and processes, you will see "Genuine Apple Part" next to Camera.
If so, we'd recommend that you connect with Apple at Apple Support for additional assistance.
Have a great day.

I understand that. But, sometimes, things just go wrong. If a fault has developed in your camera, you might see that warning. Only Apple will be able to tell you what exactly is going on. Arrange to have it serviced.

It can also mean that there is some type of problem with your camera.
My phone is iPhone 12 max pro.
I bought it from Dubai Duty Free. I have not had any service or repair done on the phone.
