Back up
I did back up before I reset my i phone but after that I had 0 back up and literally everything was lost

Thanks for posting here in Apple Support Communities. It appears that your iPhone may not have completed a backup. You can try to locate any previous backups that you may have made either on a computer or your iPhone. Check out Locate backups of your iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch - Apple Support
