I bought Apple Watch SE this morning (10/10/2022); my iPhone runs with the IOS 15.7. The pairing process cannot be finished, it said my phone and the watch wouldn't have the same software updated status. I don't know what to do now; what should I do?

What model iPhone and iOS version on the phone?
You need iOS 16 and that requires an iPhone 8 or later.
To update an iPhone 8 or later go to Settings>General>Software Update and scroll to the bottom of the screen.
If you do not have an iPhone n8 nor later you can pair the new watch and thus can't use the watch.

Your phone needs to be running ios16 to pair with a watch that has WatchOS9.
