i bay new iphone but in kosovo we dont have e sim , my iphon 14pro max is with esim how can i used this phone .

iPhone 13 Sim card not supported Hey , I got this phone for Christmas from my brother , and when I try to change my sim card in it , it says ; SIM CARD NOT SUPPORTED . I went in store to the company I am with ( vidéotron ) They said that is cause the phone is blocked with the other company that brother got it from ( Bell ) . If it's an USA model, get a roaming plan from a carrier which supports eSIM. Otherwise, it'll have a physical SIM card slot.

If you can't use that iPhone, sell or return it.
