With ios16 in my Calendar the second alert option is not visible. How do I activate this?
If your Default Calendar is Outlook or Exchange you won't see the Second Alert. Settings > Calendar > Default Calendar > [Check]
On iCloud and Gmail Calendars the option of Second Alert exists.

Not sure how I can tell which email account my calendar is synced with. Where do I locate this?
I’m on exchange so it then means according to you that I can’t get a second alert option. Thank you for your reply.
What could I do to try get this option without me risking my iPhone setup?
