I need to transfer my Messages and VoiceMails from my iPhone 12 to my iPad. Can you indicate how to do it?

Being able to sync your your message threads and voicemails to your iPad would require iCloud. To sync your messages, you'll want to enable Messages in iCloud via the steps listed below. This would allow your messages to sync between your devices in real time as long as the device have a data connection. You can also learn more about this feature via the following link.

1. "Go to the Settings app.
2. Tap your name.
3. Tap iCloud.
4. Turn on Messages."

As for saving voicemails, you'll want to follow the steps in the first article linked below. Instead of sharing the voicemail with a contact, you'll be able to save the voicemails to the Files app and sync content between your devices via the Files app using iCloud Drive.
