turn off notifications recurring

I don’t want my devices beeping at me say from 10pm until 7am. Is there a way to configure notifications so as to schedule times of the day when sounds are not made? Thanks

Hello MD_Gene,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

Please follow the steps as listed here to set up Focus: Use Focus on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support

Turn on Focus

  1. Go to Settings > Focus.
  2. Tap a provided Focus option—like Do Not Disturb, Personal, Sleep, or Work—then tap Customize Focus.
  3. Set up your Focus. You can select allowed or silenced notifications from people and apps, connect your Lock Screen or Home Screen, have this Focus turn on automatically, and add Focus filters.

Let us know if you have further questions.

Take care.
