iMAC PRO 2017 keeps restarting after upgrading to Monterey

Currently crashing after updating to Monterey. I've seen similar posts but no solutions. Can someone help?

SafeNet would be the first suspect and the second would be your VPN software. Anti-virus apps, cleaning apps, and third party security software are not needed on a Mac and usually causes more problems than they solve since they interfere with the normal operation of macOS. Plus VPN software does not protect you unless you are connecting to a VPN through your business firewall. Uninstall SafeNet by following the developer's instructions.


I've seen those "ProxieDevice-Bridge" log entries with some other users, but I don't know what is causing those problems.
