iPhone hot

Is there anything that can be done when iPhone heats up when playing games? Should the device be turned off, should the particular game be deleted? Are there games that don’t generate heat or am I the problem and the iPhone is sending me the message to get a life?

Overheating iPhone 13 since update I have a fairly new iPhone 13 that was brand new. After the last 17.1.1 update my phone is getting hot. I know they were trying to fix the 15 overheating issue but now myself and my spouse are both having issues. We have closed apps,updated apps, closed unused apps and restarting our phones in order to reset the background stuff. Is anyone else having this issue now? I’m just curious to see if others are going through this too. TIA.

My phone heats? My iPhone 12 mini often temporarily disabled the flashlight because of high temperature, but my phone gets hot when playing simple games like 3D Games like Roblox, Car simulator2 etc. those games have a lot of detail but the fact that by DEFAULT my iPhone plays the games on the HIGHEST Settings should mean that it can handle it well, but getting hot after 10 minutes of playing those games and letting the battery go down fast is a red flag 🚩. The heat management is not as good as Apple should be a company of this quality should be the best, not the worst.

CPU intense or graphic intense games will cause the phone to get hot. Unless you phone is overheating and you get a message saying so, there is no need to worry.
