I Keep getting a message it says my iCloud and my I messenger don’t match. So I’m trying to go into Messenger to change my password but I can’t figure out where to go nothings telling me where to go to change my email or phone number thanks

What the iPhone is telling you is that the Apple ID used to sign in to iCloud does not match with the Apple ID used to sign in to the Messages app.
Open Settings ➡️ Apple ID (Your Name at Top): Here you will see the email address used to sign into iCloud.
Open Settings ➡️ Messages ➡️ iMessage: Set this switch to OFF and then back to ON. If prompted to enter your Apple ID then enter the Apple ID used for iCloud in the step above.
