Great WIFI connection no data after a hurricane.

After the hurricane and three days with no power the electric came back on. There was no internet. I reset the modem to factory settings to get it working properly. Great WiFi connection. No data flow. I happened to try my Microsoft laptop and it works great. No issues. I figured it was an Apple setting that may have gone bad. I rest the Network Settings on my iPhone. I reconnected to the Modem. Great WiFi but no data. Our family has 4 iPhones and multiple iPads that have great WiFi and no data. Any thoughts?

Do your part: Let Apple know what is going on here. Provide them with feedback on this. They may not get back to you directly, but the more feedback they received on this, the more they will know what is going on, and what needs to be fixed in updates to come.

  1. Go Here: Feedback - iPad - Apple
  2. Comment: that it is after installing the update when the issue began
  3. Select: "Bug Report" for the "Feedback Type"
  4. Proceed from there aw necessary
