Focus as an option within Calendar or, Focus activates for any event in a particular calendar
Even in iOS 16, it seems that it is not possible to schedule an event in Calendar and, when scheduling, have a particular focus mode activate -- e.g., a dropdown menu below "Alert" and "Second Alert." Instead, one has to schedule the event then navigate to Settings ... or remember to manually turn on Focus when the event commences.
A Shortcut does not work since what is desired is for a particular Focus to be activated, not to do some action when it is activated.
Even better, it should be possible to set up a calendar, such as Teaching, and then schedule an event in Calendar that is part of the Teaching calendar, then have Focus turn on automatically during any event within the Teaching calendar.
Currently (iOS 16.0.2) it seems that Focus can turn on automatically only with the activation of certain apps or at certain locations.
