Hi... I just bought Airpods Pro 2nd generation and it arrived already but I wanted to do the Free engrave, is it still possible?

Once you’ve ordered it, you can’t get it engraved. Please note that if it is within 14 days of your purchase, you can get a refund and buy one with an engraving. The delivery date may be largely extended when you get an engraving.

Hello..Thank you for your response. I just purchased it last 03 Oct 2022. If I want return and have a refund it, what should I do? Also, I already opened the box but everything is still intact. I did not remove anything. Is it ok?
