Itunes on Windows won't play music, stuck on blue bar

Itunes won't play any music, I've tried downloading the music and playing something off of the "browse" section, it only shows the blue bar at the top. I have looked at similar threads and tried the fixes that they were replied to with. Any ideas of what else it could be?

I have tried-

-Authorizing my computer

-Edit>Preferences>Playback>Play Audio Using

-Uninstalling and reinstalling

-Logging out of account and logging back in

Do you have any VPN software? If so you might see what happens when it is disabled.

Reboot your router and computer, then try again. Make sure that your computer is set to the correct date and time.
