iPhone 13 has speakerphone issues - anyone -experiencing this?

The issue is that whoever I’m trying to talk to, even in a 4 or 5 bar reception area, only hears about every other word, both on mine and my wife’s iPhone 13’s. It happens consistently when using our speaker phones.
