How do I remove the spam blocker from my iPhone so my medical provider can reach me

Hey there, LalaReynolds,
It sounds like you might have the Silence Unknown Callers feature enabled on your iPhone. This feature sends calls from numbers not in your contact list directly to voicemail. If you'd like to disable it, you can do so under Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers.
