I bought the latest iwatch for my son with seizures. He is 16 and I finally figured out you have to be 18 to turn this feature on. How do I bypass the birthday issue?

Apple Watch response is 68 years old When I ask my Apple Watch (watch OS 9.2) “hey siri how old is my mom”, dad, father-in-law, etc the response is always 68 years old. their birthdays are: - 1 Jan 1940, 1 Feb 1950 and 1 Mar 1900 it is pulling their birthdates out of my contacts, but responds with 68 years old for anyone that is over 68 years old. when I ask my iPhone (iOS 16.2) it tells me their correct age. Change his date of birth in the health app.
