Factory Reset Watch unable to update Software

My watch factory reset so it’s not paired with my phone and when trying to update the software it’s stuck on preparing for hours and hours without loading at all. I have no idea what to do.

I tried hard resetting the watch, through iPhone (no connection with iPhone hence can't do through iPhone). It gives factory reset option then warning for losing the content and then give a progress bar in circle, after completing half circle it throws again erase content warning and then goes in loop. Any suggestions?

I set my Apple Watch series 4 to update today. The update finished but the watch will not reload. It constantly tries to reboot. It has lost all connection with my iphone and the side button does not raise the turn off screen to allow me to reset I set my Apple Watch series 4 to update today. My watch isn’t connected to any phone so I can manually input to upgrade software through there. I have to pair it in order to upgrade but on my phone app it’s stuck on “preparing” for hours without loading at all. My watch has been sitting on the charger this whole time and still nothing. Not sure what other options I can do to upgrade the software.
