Twitter won't download anymore.

So about two weeks ago I restarted my phone to fix some connection issues. But when I turned it back on the Twitter app deleted itself, and I have not been able to download it again.

I've tried restarting my phone a few times, I've logged out of my iTunes account and logged back in. Still nothing.

All I see is the little cloud icon where the download button is, I press it as you would with any app download but it does nothing. It loads for a little bit but goes back to the download cloud.

i have an iPhone 8 Plus, and it's running the latest iOS 16 update. I had about 20GB free on my phone so it's not a space issue.

I can uninstall and reinstall other apps, I can download new apps as well.

It's just Twitter that won't download again.
