Can I have 2 active eSims on an iPhone 14 that I purchase from Mexico? I realize that there WILL be a physical slot for a nano sim. But I am intending to leave it empty.

Yes you can more than one eSIM profile setup, but you can only use one at any given time. You can have up to 8 eSIMs installed, but if you want dual active numbers you would have to use the physical SIM slot for one of them.
