Why can't I cancel this Apple One subscription?

I have been trying to cancel Apple One for a few weeks now, and it won't allow me to. I have gone into the subscriptions management tab, and clicked "cancel subscription," and then I click confirm when I'm asked Im sure I want to cancel. Yet it still says that it will renew in 4 days. Please help, as I do not use any of these apps.

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. To get started, by chance have you tried cancelling the Apple One subscription from a different device using the steps in the 'Related Article', If you want to cancel a subscription from Apple - Apple Support?


If unable to cancel the subscription from multiple devices, we'd recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly from this link here: Get Support - Apple


They'll be the best option to look closer into this with you from there.
