iPad battery not lasting long

Is there a fix for iPad Air 2 will not stay charged, goes down fast even when plugged to charger. Can literally watch the percentage gone down by the seconds

Have Apple do a battery service:

I sent my iPad 5/128GB for battery service in Jan 2021 and am very happy with way it was handled.
