The app store

It keeps telling me my id has not been used in the iTunes Store then asks me to review my account and it just takes me to a blank page

iTunes Store cant make purchases right now try again later when i want to download a free app, it always says “looks like your account hasnt been used in the iTunes Store” then i click review, read the terms and conditions, and fill out the information they need, and when i press next there is a red text saying “the iTunes store cant make purchases right now. I'm unable to sign in to the App Store using my Apple ID Whenever I try to sign in on app store it declines and says “This apple Id has not been used in the iTunes store. Error 'Review your account' when downloading from App Store I have been trying to download on my App Store busy it telling me to review my account and I did and it tell me to contact iTunes Store [Re-Titled by Moderator]
