I can see a widget called guard me after I updated my iphone to IOS 16. Any idea what this is?

Widgets are automatically imported from all apps on your iPhone, which includes 3rd party apps. The "guard me" Widget you are seeing most likely comes from an app of the same name that was updated to support Widgets.
