Since updating to iOS 16 my iPhone has been asking me to sign into my Apple ID when I turned it on. It was happening every few days but when I reset all settings on my phone it has happened last night and then again this morning. I have signed out and then back into my Apple ID on the phone as well as all the steps that Apple has asked me to do. Nothing helps.
does anyone have any ideas?

If you are not the owner and do not have the Apple ID and Password then there is no way that you can get into this iPhone unless the original owner shares the Apple ID and password with you. If you are lucky you can get into this iPhone if they (owner) accidentally remove the device from their Apple ID.
