When should I charge my M1 MacBook Air? and do we need to charge it 100%? Saw on a forum that it's best to charge up to 85 90% rather than 100%. Is it true? How do you guys charge your laptops? When? And to what percentage?
The moment I'm writing this my cycle count is 81. Battery condition is normal and maximum capacity is at 97%.

In general, you can leave your MBA plugged in all the time, except when you wan to use it on battery power. You may want to use Optimized Battery Charging; see Charge the MacBook Air battery - Apple Support
