My HomeKit home has 60-ish accessories and quite a few scenes & automations. I have an Apple TV 4K (MP7P2LL/A, OS v16) and a HomePod Mini (MY5H2LL/A, OS v16) configured as home hubs. If the HomePod Mini is the active hub and the Apple TV is standby, all accessories are responding and everything works correctly. If the Apple TV is the active hub, at least a half dozen accessories go offline. Is there an official fix for this?

IOW: no, there's no official fix, other than to (yet again) factory reset the Apple TV and reconfigure it.

Just for grins, I reset the Apple TV and configured it from scratch. Now, even more HomeKit accessories go unresponsive if the Apple TV is the active hub.
