Apple TV as HomeKit hub loses accessories

My HomeKit home has 60-ish accessories and quite a few scenes & automations. I have an Apple TV 4K (MP7P2LL/A, OS v16) and a HomePod Mini (MY5H2LL/A, OS v16) configured as home hubs. If the HomePod Mini is the active hub and the Apple TV is standby, all accessories are responding and everything works correctly. If the Apple TV is the active hub, at least a half dozen accessories go offline. Is there an official fix for this?

Hey there JLG89,

If your Home hub is not working as expected with some of the accessories, try the steps here: Set up your HomePod, HomePod mini, Apple TV, or iPad as a home hub - Apple Support

"If your home hub isn't working as expected
Check that your HomePodHomePod miniApple TV, or iPad is up to date.
Make sure that the user signed in to iCloud on your iPhone, iPad, or Apple TV is the primary Home app user, and not an invited user.
Turn on iCloud Keychain and two-factor authentication for your Apple ID.
Check that the device that you set up as a home hub is in your home, connected to your home Wi-Fi network, and powered on." (taken from resource linked above)

Take care.
