Apple watch not updating/ pairing

I unpaired my apple watch series 3 to update it, however it won't update and it won't allow me to pair it again until it's updatde.

My watch app on my iphone will not even open and the watch will not pair unless I update the watch. However, the watch is failing to update every time. Unpaired Apple watch Hi, Unfortunately, I wanted to update my watch, but it was unpaired. then, the apple watch can't be paired again. In the pairing process, the update request came, and after tapping on update the error unable to update due to the apple watch connection came up!!! Please help me ): I miss my watch ):
