CasualClass,

See if this article helps - If you use FaceTime and iMessage behind a firewall

To use FaceTime and iMessage behind certain firewalls, you might need to ask your network administrator to enable these ports:
FaceTime
• 80 (TCP)
• 443 (TCP)
• 3478 through 3497 (UDP)
• 5223 (TCP)
• 16384 through 16387 (UDP)
• 16393 through 16402 (UDP)

iMessage
• 80 (TCP)
• 443 (TCP)
• 5223 (TCP)

Additionally, here is an article that goes over the settings that are recommended for Wi-Fi routers and access points - Recommended settings for Wi-Fi routers and access points

Thanks.

Hello, CasualClass.

Are you wanting to know how to add websites to the "Allowed Websites" list in Screen Time? If so, we'd be happy to advise. Please take a look at this article that explains how to do that: Change Content & Privacy preferences in Screen Time on Mac - Apple Support. "To change these preferences on your Mac, choose Apple menu > System Preferences, click Screen Time, click Content & Privacy in the sidebar, then click Content." The linked article explains the customizations you can make.

Let us know if we can help with anything else at all or if this doesn't settle your issue so we can look into this further with you. Thanks and have a fabulous day!
