Ipad not update latest version
My ipad air wifi 32 gb,model no MD789HN/BA1474
This time current version 12.5.6
Not update latest or any better version
So plese help me.

That model number corresponds to a first generation iPad Air from 2013.
It cannot update beyond iOS 12.5.6. That is the most recent version it can run. It is too old, and lacks the hardware for anything newer.
