As the title says I want to know if mobile device management (for example from school) is still installed after reinstalling iPadOS from Recovery Mode. But not Restoring it completely just Updating form Recovery Mode.
It depends. If the device is registered to Apple School (or Business) Manager, then the MDM will absolutely reinstall unless the admin configures it so that it doesn't. I can tell you that I will never do that for a device that is not retired from my org.
No such thing as "Just Updating from Recovery Mode" on an iPad.
On an iPad the restore is complete. It erases the device entirely.
And yes. MDM remain tied to the hardware so will require a login to the School MDM to be correctly setup again, unless the MDM profile is removed.
