How do I update my payment method if my IPad has locked me out? The iPad we used to set up all of our apps has me locked out, and I cannot get back into it? How can I update this? The iPad that we originally used has been locked for a couple of months now, our kids must have somehow changed passwords and I can’t get back into it. I need to update my payment method on my family sharing subscriptions. I think I have to update that information through that said IPad . Is their any other way?

Apps Okay so this has been frustrating me to no end. my phone won’t take my credit card information even though there is money and it’s valid. Why do I need my payment information to redownload an app. It doesn’t do it getting new ones but if I want to download it from the cloud it won’t let me. What do I do?? Is there a setting causing this?? Because usually it takes Face ID and it works but now it’s asking for a password. if I enter my passcode because I forgot the apple ID password it says my passcode is wrong which it can’t be because i use it to unlock my phone and it works. So now i’m just confused. help me

unlock screen pin on ipad i got second hand did work for a college guy and he gave me a ipad for payment but there was a pin screen lock
